You must use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. You must not interfere with the website, misuse its content, introduce malicious code or use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Screen settings, small-batch production and natural ingredients can create minor differences in colour or texture.

Product information on this website is general cosmetic and skincare information. It is not medical advice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices and currency are shown at checkout and may change before an order is placed.

If a genuine pricing, description or availability error affects an order, we may contact you to correct or cancel it, and will refund any amount paid for an item we cannot supply.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information. Payment is processed through the payment methods presented at checkout. We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

The Taranaki Wild name, branding, website copy, photography, graphics and other site content are owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit that material without prior written permission, except where the law permits.

Parts of the store rely on Shopify and other service providers. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products where that liability can lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date. Material changes will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted.
