OUR STORY

WHERE THE WILD BEGINS

A family recipe transformed into a simple, versatile balm, crafted with care in New Zealand.

OUR BEGINNING

WHERE IT BEGAN

Taranaki Wild grew from a family recipe: a simple kawakawa balm made in small batches and shared with family and friends. Its versatility, honest ingredients and connection to Taranaki inspired us to carry that recipe forward. Today, every balm is crafted in New Zealand with the same care and respect at the heart of the original recipe.

THE PROCESS

FROM LEAF TO BALM

Kawakawa leaves are carefully harvested in Taranaki, then slowly infused in extra-virgin olive oil using natural sunlight. Once ready, the infused oil is blended with cold-pressed, organic coconut oil and certified organic beeswax in small batches. Every batch is crafted and finished in New Zealand with the same simple, considered approach.
